Happy New Year everyone! Are you loving 2009 yet? Well, I am. I had this total rush of energy yesterday. Maybe it was my new diet challenge with Lindsay (see entry below). Maybe it was getting the high score on Dance Dance Revolution. Maybe it was just having a fresh, new year with no mistakes in it.
Whatever it was, I went into my office. Looked at all my piles of creativity sitting around and got inspired to clean things out. If you're like me, you know that managing all your paper and scrapbooking supplies can be a tricky thing. Now imagine that each time you need a sheet of paper, your helpful business partner brings you three or four kits of paper from that line....... so that he won't have to run paper to your house as often. I'm not complaining, I'm just saying it really starts to add up.
But, lucky for you because I have lots of paper that I don't need. Some of it is cut, some packages are opened and no longer complete. Some are just like they'd be off the store shelf. The thing is, CHA is right around the corner and I'll have lots more packages of paper delivered to my house. And, although I love lines like Gretel, Dutch Girl and Hello Sunshine, I have to move to the new lines and the older ones, will be lonely, just sitting on the shelf.
So, I've put together four sets of leftovers. There are complete paper crafting kits from Dutch Girl and Halfway Cafe. There is leftover Blackboard, Buck Naked Chipboard, Ready Set Chipboard, Die-cuts, stickers, paper pads and loads and loads of paper and scraps. There has to be over $100 of product, maybe even $200, in each set. All you have to do is tell us your plans for the new year whether it's a resolution or goal or just something good you hope will happen. We'll enter all names into a drawing. The lucky winner will be announced on Tuesday morning when Larry the Temp will have his debut....... I wonder what he knows about our new releases?
****UPDATE**** There seems to be some confusion. The picture above will be one person's prize. I have three other sets similar in product and amount that will be the other three people's prizes. Yes, I do have A LOT of stuff. I think it's safe to say that I might be the girl with the most paper.

«Oldest ‹Older 401 – 551 of 551Fantabulous prize - I want one!
My goals for the new year are:
to get fit and eat healthier
complete my many "almost done" albums
learn to crochet
enjoy life to it's fullest!
My goal is to get my craft room organized! My husband will be so pleased when I do. Maybe it will free up space (that I will HAVE to fill)!!
My goals are to:
* be happy
* stay happy
* scrap happy
My personal goal is to be more patient with my son who is almost 13... he is a good kid but these past few months have been hard while we both adjust to him trying to be an "adult".
My creative goal is to finish the two large projects I have started before March and then reorganize and prioritize after that.
great giveaway... I assume come March, i will be also weeding out the old to add new :)
My goal for 2009 is to lose 10 lbs.
I don't like to do New Years resolution....but here it goes...something simple but rather complex...to do the best with what I have!
Love the paper stash...and yes she who dies with the most paper wins!!!
Wow love to get my hands on this prize... (could that be one goal?)
There's so many things I would love to acheive each and every year but I just enjoy each day, if I needed to do anything this year would be to get the plans of my wedding in 2010 started and tone up for the gorgeous dress!
Thanks Kim
One of my goals is to ORGANIZE my scrap supplies and the other is to stop collecting and USE my supplies LOL. Thanks for a chance to win.
My goal is to lose weight. I've done it before and gave up but I'm done making excuses. I have to do it for my health.
My goals for the new year...hummm.... 1) Create more. 2) Try to get published. 3) Be more deliberate about finding time to scrapbook.
One good thing we hope will happen for our family this year would be for my husband to find a new job!
1. Love better than I did last year.
2. Stop worrying about what's in the mirror.
3. Create more - in paper, paint, fabric & thread, photographs, any and every medium I can try.
4. Paint every day.
5. Organize my craft room!
6. Celebrate the people around me - strangers as well as friends
One of my goals for the new year is to stop hoarding supplies and use them with abandon. There are always new things coming out that I want so I will use the old recklessly. (if not, I am afraid I will wind up on Oprah with her saying I don't know how people can live with so much clutter) I vow to give the goodies a good home where they are loved and USED.
1) Live a healthier life.
2) Be more tolerant of others.
3) Create more, be less critical of my attempts, get published.
4) Focus on organization in all aspects of my life.
Thanks for the chance to score a ready-made paper stash!
My Resolution? Finish as many UFO's as possible by 12/31/09. Unfinished objects (projects). I'm gonna be painting, stitching, knitting, crocheting, scrapping, and more this year - just to finish stuff I've already got goin' but haven't gotten completed! I've just got to make a list of all of the items I need to finish so I can enjoy crossing them off as I finish them up!! Yay!
Thank you for the opportunity to win! I would be donating half to the Brownie troop my daughter is a member of and half to the Wolf Cub Scout troop my son is a member of (gotta do the same for twins you know!LOL!)
Happy New Year!!!
My goal this year is to make a scrapbook about my husbands life. Titled 'The Measure of a Man'
I have been scrapbooking for 4 years now. EVERYTHING I have made has been given away as a gift to Family and Friends.
This honestly will be the first thing I will make for myself in memory of Donnie who was a carpenter by trade for 25 years.
We were together for 7 years.
Unfortunately 2 years ago this coming March he had been diagnosed with cancer. The battle was lost October 2007 - just a short 6 months later. He was taken from me to soon. We had so many plans for the future.
My goal last year was just to get through each day minute by minute. This year it is day by day. I am hoping this album will help me with the loss of the most wonderful man I have ever met. He was my world and is greatly missed.
As for paper - I hate to say this but my patterned paper alone is taller than I am which is 5'4". This does not include page kits, pads or cardstock.
My goal is to have our house sold by March so our family can be together. Once said is done--clean and purge all things and scrap daily.
My goals for the year:
* Finish my 2 1/2 year old's baby scrapbook.
* Be more organized
* Expand my online Scrapbook store
* Lose 10 pounds
My resolution is to put all my supplies back when I am finished crafting. I spent the last week organizing my craft room and don't want it to ever get that bad again.
Wowzers!! My resolutions are to loose 20 pounds, create more in my scrap room, and work on having a baby--sounds like fun to me!!
my goal for 2009 is to finally leave the past where it should be and move on.....taking with me my sister and my mum....
We deserve better and I am going to claim it for all 3 of us!
:)
My goal is to try to get some scrapbooking done. My son will graduate in 2010 and I have stuck on the year 2000 in his scrapbooks...persistance pays off!
Happy New Year to all of you.
I don't have too many resolutions for 2009. But one of them is to use more of the paper I already have instead of buying more everytime I go to a scrapbookstore. But if I win this great prize, I'll just forget my good resolutions. No problem.
Eveline.
My goal for 2009 is to spend more time with family and frinds, start early to make Christmas cards so I can enjoy December fully and of course to be inspird by all the other lovely scrappers and cardmakers out there in this blogging world!
Thanks for offering the GREAT prizes!
Hugs Kristine in Norway;)
WOW!!
Thanks, thanks, thanks!!
My goal is to scrap more!! LOL
my plan for the new year is to stop planning so much and just live. I rely to much on the future and forget about the present.
My resolutions are as follows:
Scrappy related - start and finish wedding album.
Finish Caleb's 1st year.
Finish all three Christmases 2006-2008 in Caleb's album.
Other - Lose at least 60 lbs by year end so that in 2010 we can get pregnant again. Caleb needs a sibling.
This will be hard but I CAN do it, Lord willing.
My resolution is to Do it Now. No more procrastination, no more waiting!
Wow, that is a lot of fun stuff! I love to clean out too. :D thanks for sharing.
I called mine Dreams, Wishes, Hopes and Aspirations! You can read it here:

I chose word "dare" to be my new years resolution. I want to dare more, dare to explore the world, dare to be me...
My goal is to get back to exercising EVERY a.m. and cleaning out my craft room...would love to have a commercial paper stacker, ah well (insert sigh) maybe someday.
My Goal is to create a little everyday and try new techniques.
My goal is to remember all of my friends birthdays because I am so lousy at this! I want to be so organised they get a beautiful handmade card and cute wrapped gift :)
Happy new year!!

Cosmo Cricket is my favorite paper of all. Love all the vintage looks.
What crafter can ever have TOO much paper? hehehehe - not me that's for sure. I'ld love a chance to get some more...so, my goal for this new year is to be able to reconcile my love of crafting and my bookkeeping skills and try to find work in a craft store - at least part time to support my "habit." Any of you shop keepers in NE Ohio need a bookkeeper who'll work evenings or weekends for supplies!??? Contact me if so! :-)
Debi E. - Rittman, OH
Wow that's a whole lot of stuff! I love it all! :) My 2008 was bad.. reallll bad, so all I'm really hoping is that 2009 is better! :) I plan to craft more and quilt more, be happy and make my family happy. :)
WOW! How incredible of you! I would be THRILLED to win such a stash of Cosmo Cricket goodness! Thank you for the opportunity!
Whoops! I forgot to share what I hope to accomplish this year... well with just having my DH and I's first child I hope to find time to be creative every day - even if it's just journaling or doodling on a tag.
My goals for 2009 include finding more time to scrap with my family.
Thanks for a chance to win such a great pakage.
Cindy D
I am hoping to become a more productive scrapper in 2009!
Oh my... Cliche I know, but get in better shape and try to really finish up some of the things on my todo list from last year (including a wedding dvd, despite now approaching anniversary #3) *sigh* never enough time.
to keep using my stash so more can come in!!!! yeah!!
Wow, what a prize...!!
Well my hopes for 2009 are to get a bit more organized, to find a nice new flat and to get rid of "stuff" from the last year. The stuff being love for a guy who isn't even worth it...
I guess this year can only be better than the last year, the bar is not very high really. So *come on* 2009!
Ah and yes I need to spend less money. But that's a resolution that has to fail, you know that.
Greetings from Germany
Happy New Year -- Many have listed this - to be more organized in my art space -- so many papers, and brads and cardchips and pens and brads and bling -- too many --but never enough lol -- Loving all the add ons lol - Kathy - ga

My goals this year are to USE it, not SAVE it. I have 5 years of my youngest daughter's college experience to scrap and I intend to make a huge dent in it!!
We hope to start a family in 2009. Yikes.
What an amazing giveaway! My goals for this year are to be more on top of things, and not let them slide so much.
Live, Laugh and Love. Seriously. That's my goal for this year. I've spent a lot of time hiding out away from people because I trample toes easily (tough being raised in the North while loving South of the Mason-Dixon), and this year I plan to continue to live the way I had before moving here... To gain friendships, mend friendships and laugh as often as possible. And to love...my husband, my parents and sister...and most especially, love myself. That's this year's goal! Well, that, and scrapping... ;)
When I was younger I never had goals, I just wanted to live, but now I can't help it.
So much, including becoming a toned size 10 (7would be even better) again, finish organizing my studio, better balance my hobbies and family responsibilities, tavel more, and cook more healthy, from scratch meals for my family.
It would be great to win this, thanks for the opportunity. I love printed papers and can always use more.
I think I would pass out from excitement!
Wow! Look at all the goodies here! My goals are to make 8 lo's per month and 4 cards. To travel more, and to take care of my body in a healthy way! Good Luck!
I plan to finish what I started and organize my studio so my creativity can flow smoother!
Oh my goodness, this haul is going to make some crafters....very happy. Would that I might be one of those lucky vixens!! I am working for the very first time on a new year's resolution to lose weight and turn my life around to a healthier lifestyle. My body is begging for it and it's time to take care of ME for a change.
I plan on working from home,so I can have more time to spend with my kids, and to create wonderful layouts.
One of my goals is to keep an organized scrap room so I can create more than last year. I already have a place for all this beautiful paper!
My main goal for the new year is to loose some weight, I have my new Wii fit and I am on fire!
My goals for the New Year...scrapbook MORE, shop MORE, and LOVE every minute of it. There...I know I won't break this year's resolutions :)
My plan - to enjoy things! Life's more fun that way.
I really would like to get back into scrapbooking! I'm a rubber stamper/atc creator but I do have a couple scapbooks done, so I'm not a total failure yet!!! lol
I still haven't gotten my hands on any of
your "oh joy" paper set - still trying to find some! I love your papers and have a collection, every once in awhile I break down and cut one up....oh it's hard to break the hoarding habit!!! Scrapbooking again will help because I get to see the wonderful paper in a book. I have a new two year old grandson from Ukraine! So exciting! He's been in the US for two months now and brings us up to seven grandchildren! Thanks for the fun blog give away and for having a design team to inspire us!
I am just going to get organized and stay that way!
my goals are to create more, stress less and enjoy life.
Goal: Clean & Organize my craft room. It's done!! Yeah!! Now I can have my craft therapy in an organized manner. LOL!!
Resolution: to stop and enjoy daily life; not just the big events. How often do we let daily life pass us by? I've even dedicated a blog to this http://callies3sixty5.blogspot.com
Thanks for the chance to win some awesome crafty goodness!!
My new year plans include: less work, more play, relax, go on a cruise and scrap lots, and lots of pictures of my beautiful family
Oh cool stuff! My goal for 2009 is to creative much more, at least once a week or more. Thanks for this opportunity and your generosity. Happy New Year!
Nelly
Oh that looks sweet! This year I want to live in the moment, not sweat the small stuff, and enjoy every waking moment with my 20 month old son.
Oh my what a prize! If I won this, I could die a happy woman!
My resolutions are: Gratitude everyday, do my project 365, organize the whole house!
My goal is to make my pictures come alive outside of my computer. To put in scrapbooks, and even on our walls. I have a few too many picture frames with empty spaces.
I also hope to celebrate turning 30 (Jan 21), having three wonderful little boys, (The youngest of which finally started preschool. YEAH!!), and cheer my husband on in his journey to his PHd.
Happy New Year
The goals I have set for myself are:
Create more - cause I love it and it keeps me grounded.
Laugh - don't sweat the small things
Family - spend more quality time with my loved ones.
Life is too short, and I want to live each day to its fullest.:)
I have some super-big goals for this year:
*learn to drive a car (yeah, I'm 25)
*start collecting faux bois everything
*move into an old house
*buy only vinyl
*make all my holiday cards
*learn all the words to every r.e.m. song
***appreciate (everything)!!
Holy cow! that is a LOT of scrappy happiness! thanks for the opportunity to win! My goal this year is to not buy more scrappy stuff than I use. LOL!!! Realistically, I would like to be better about using stuff rather than hoarding it for the "perfect LO" because that just doesn't happen. I forget I have it! I would also like to take a knitting and crochet class or two! I use to know how to do this, but have long since forgotten!
I can always use more paper and nothing better than Cosmo Criket paper!!
My goal for 2009 is too get more organized
I don't see my post so I'm trying again--sometimes my posts don't go through. My goal is "balance" so that I can add back in some of the things I've put off to make room for my scrappin' hobby. But I'll make time to use all of the great things you're giving away, should I win.
AWK!! Awesome prize, I hope I'm not too late to enter!
My resolution for 2009 is to get more scrapping done (which shows I would be a good winner for all that paper!!). I have 25 years worth of photos to scrap and have barely made a dent. this year will be one where I actually finish a couple of albums!
I found you through another blog and can't believe the cool collection of papers you are giving away. Fingers crossed here....
So my 2009 year goal is to get all the rooms painted in my house and get my stuff organized. I'm tired ot not being able to find anything. Time to get rid of those clothes that don't fit and all the broken junk.
I think I want to be more organized, try to be more healthy, try to do more crafty stuff, and think outside the box, IU also want to try an just be a better and nicer person to all.
Ohh I would love wining som Cosmo Cricket!
my new years resolution for 2009 is to love myself more and to have more fun. Im kind of a control freak so I need to loosen up a little. :)
Thank you for the opportunity
Katarina
My New Year's Resolution for this year is to FOCUS. I have a great tendency to go off track eg start unstacking the dishwasher....step on a crumb.....start sweeping....move the basket of clothes and start folding....catch something on TV....and it goes on. The dishwasher is still full of dishes, the broom is leaning against the wall, the clothes are half folded...get the picture.
One thing I AM GOOD at is playing with patterned papers, I can do that all day long. LOL
My goal for this year is to update my blog more offer. But seems like I have already broken that one. Another thing for this year is to spend more time crafting.
My plan for the new year is to stop trying so hard to find love. When it happens, it happens. In the meantime, I'll keep on making my environment more beautiful and make sure the people in my life know how much I love them. I can always use more Cosmo Cricket for cards and scrapbooks and fun stuff for my house. :)
Yea! The chance to win more paper to replace what I've weeded out!
Wow, that is an amazing pile of goodness!
2009 is going to be a great year for me. I'm getting married!! :D
My resolutions this year are:
Get caught up on my scrapping because I have 2 daughters that are 21 months and 9 months and I have only done a handful of layouts for them. Second, become a healthy role model for my girls, I don't want them to have to worry about low self esteem.
Tough one, real tough one.
Firstly, create more, mainly to dehoard stash.
Secondly, scrap less (I know its sooooo contradictory to the first one) cause I need to study hard for school.
See, you got me into a fix. ):
A good kinda fix. :)
i hope its not too late yet. I plan to scrapbook a lot more, this year in order to scrap away all the old pictures of my kids ( some of them 18 years old)
Greetings from Germany
sabine

Another big priority is to shoot more photos of my grandchildren and work in digital form to help stay up with them.

My goals are to get myself organized in my craft room so I can find the stuff I'd like to work with a lot easier. I'd also like to scrap more with my daughter so setting aside "us" time is a priority!!!
I've never been one to make resolutions. What a great giveaway...so generous!

My goal is to take a picture everyday this year to make a 365 scrapbook! I would love to win all that stuff!! I could really use it :)
My phrase for 2009 is "steppin' out" and if I happen to win this prize package I will dedicate EVERY layout, card or altered project to our dear Beverley Todd who ABSOLUTELY ADORED Cosmo Cricket. She passed away on Dec 24th and will be sadly missed!!!
My goal is to make and keep deadlines, and yet I think I may have missed the deadline to register for the most paper? My other goal is to get my business off the ground, thisandthatcreations.blogspot.com and to find creative ways of getting free advertising! Please choose me!

Hmmm...
Accept each day for exactly what it is, and try to complete a paper project anyway.
Admit I am powerless over my paper addiction, and hide my paper purchases better in 2009.
Adore myself enough to make an album about me, and forgive myself when I choose to work on my kids stuff instead.
Act with greater kindness, love and respect to all of those talented artists I secretly scraplift ideas from throughout the year. Afterall I will really need them in 2009.
My Goals are to organize, plan, and create more!

Wow - I have a little girl who desperately needs her mommy to start her baby scrapbook. HeeHee
My only wish for the new year is that the economy improves---the sooner, the better!
My goal is to get in shape before my birthday in July! It's a biggie!
My 2009 goal is to simplify -
the house
the budget
the papercrafting
and have more time to enjoy the blessings of friends and family. (We almost lost one of those due to a heart attack in 2008.)
Responding to the wakeup call!!
Thanks for a chance to win.
I want to get my grand daughter's book caught up she is two and I just now got he hospital's pictures done, You see I got breast cancer when she was 3 months old she in not 2, I'm off chemo and want to get this book caught up to date and keep it that way just in case.
Wow, what a fantastic prize. I would love to win that. I have been blessed with 4 new grandchildren in 2 years. My children decided to get busy all at one time.3 boys and 1 girl. A few of my 6 New Years resolutions are: (1) Enjoy every moment I can with the grandchildren. (2) Keep their scrapbooks up to date.
My Goal is to keep my scrapbook room clean and organized, now when do I get it that way to begin with?
