So can we use the paper packs and naked chipboard to work out with then, if they weight 2 lbs? Scrapping and exercise, I'm in heaven! :)
O.K. I'm in-but like so many others I would be horrified to tell the world what I weigh. Actually I couldn't-since I won't even let my doctor tell the latest number. So it's back (I hope) to what I know works. One important thing for all you ladies out there-working out with weights does more than just help you burn calories and tone up. It helps build strong bones and as we age that is so important. So I need to lose 65lbs and I'll be trying 2 lbs at a time.
