Weigh in Wednesday

Hallelujah! Those two pesky pounds that re-visited last week have left the premises! WAHOOoooooo! I'm back ladies. Recommitted, more determined and slightly thinner. How did you do. Let us know or give us some encouragement and you might win a prize!

And, just for fun. Here is a great way to get rid of all the candy in your house. Make a cute gift and give it to your neighbors. Maybe there's a really skinny girl in your neighborhood that could use a few pounds!

  1. CONGRATULATIONS!! That's awesome! You seriously have some admirable willpower Julie! You go girl! Me? I lost my willpower!

I just want to thank you again for the awesome treat that I received yesterday. I usually hoard all the good stuff, but I will force myself to create with it as soon as I get a chance. Thank you very much!!

This candy box is so cute! I love the mittens! Anyone would love to receive this as a holiday gift!

  3. Just remember, for every pound you lose, it takes 2 pounds of pressure off your joints. So, really, you can say you lost 4 pounds....of pressure off your joints. It's not a lie! Anyone losing anything but their mind in these hard economic times deserves a pat on the back. WTG!

  11. Jump for joy, Julie! And may those two pesky pounds never find their way back!

I've lost another pound this week~it's slow going, but at least it is going... in the right direction!

I don't have any candy in the house, having that or ice cream on hand is like a recovering Alcoholic living in a Winery~too tempting!

  21. Congrats on the loss!! I hoping that will come soon for me.. About a month ago I started running 1mile twice a week and attending a yoga twice a week. I am building muscle (unfornately gaining a few pounds for that) so I hope the pounds will start coming off soon!! Knowing other people are there right along with you is motivating!

  33. Congrats on the loss of the extra two pounds! I've recently discovered that I need to definitely lose some weight!! I need some definite will power since I remember the two years it took me to get down the the weight I was before kids.

Anyways, that box is great! I love it! I got my hands on the Oh Joy paper and I absolutely love it!! In fact I bought 100 sheets for a craft for my MOPS group because I loved it so much!

  35. Congrats on getting back on track!! It's ok to have an off week now and then, you can't be good ALL the time, or you really will kill for chocolate.

Hehehe ... my neighbor kids always get really lucky on Halloween ... I always give them our leftover candy, in addition to what they already have from trick-or-treating!
