Spreadin' the Cosmo Cricket Love

Good morning everyone! Are you feeling LUCKY?

We decided that it wasn't fair for just one person to win a Chemistry set because honestly, evey girl should have one! And so, we have picked not one......... not two........ but FIVE lucky winners!!!

But, before we get to that, check out what Cherri House did with our Hey Sugar fabric. Cherri is a quilt designer for Andover. It's kind of funny because after Eric and I had decided to license our artwork through them, Cherri, Eric's cousin, contacted us and said she'd be making our quilt for their trade show. Then, Cherri's daughter, Lizzy, also began designing fabric for them. So, it's kind of like a little family reunion at every textile show. You could say only in Utah.... as the joke goes, but Cherri and Lizzy don't live in Utah and Andover is based out of New York. And, before Andover, I had never met either of them. I guess it's just a small world!

Cherri's quilt she is calling Sugar Snap.

Lizzy's fabric line called Lizzy Dish.

And now, for todays winners, in random order, and everything. Send us your address and we'll send you your prize.
1. Kristina 11:39.
2. Gail C 12:09.
3. Charmaine 5:58.
4. Tonya 11:30.
5. Jody 7:14.

Congratulations. And, for those that are new to our blog you're in for another treat. Today is Wednesday. Loyal followers know that this means Weigh in Wednesday (yes, I stole that from Donna). Anyway, no pounds lost, no pounds gained. Tell us how you did, or leave us some encouragement and you could be our next prize winner.

Thanks for stopping by and check back tomorrow to see if you won!

  3. I wish I could report that I have lost a few pounds but no such luck. I think I need to try a little harder though.

  5. I'd like to say I've lost weight but I guess being 7 months pregnant that would not be appropriate. But, on the upside, somehow I've only managed to gain 10 pounds so far and I eat everything in site. Yeah for pregnancy hormones! Good luck to you, I know what a struggle it is to lose and/or maintain weight.

Congrats to everyone who maintained/lost - I put on 1lb ... but I just started some meds that are making me eat like a HORSE - guess I'll have to try harder!

Stick with it and you will make your goals. I lost 15 lbs last year on WW so I know how difficult it can be. Drink your water and don't skimp on the fruits & veggies! You can do it!

    ReplyDelete

Well it depends on which part of the day I weigh myself. Haha. Weight is ambiguous anyway. =) Just when I thought I've lost 2 pounds at night...i find out I've gained a pound in the morning!

  51. I woke up on New Year's morning and it suddenly dawned on me that I had gained 15 pounds over the course of 2007. I was determined to lose it and, along with a buddy from work, joined WW. I lost the weight in 3 months and have maintained it since then! I don't think I've ever been so proud of myself :) All you ladies can do it; the hardest part is getting to that point where you decide you want to do something about it. The rest is easy. xoK

    ReplyDelete
  52. Beautiful quilt! I haven't stepped on a scale in a few weeks...now I'm afraid to. I'd be happy with a no gain.

    ReplyDelete
  53. Your fabric is just gorgeous!

I went to a trade show last week, ate out, too many desserts, you know, cheesecake, chocolate mud cake, sticky date pudding, you name it. What was I thinking??? But I enjoyed every last morsel, and now I'm (not so) enjoying the extra kilo (2 pounds!) on the ol' thighs!! :)

But hey, today is another day!

    And your fabric is gorgeous.

    ReplyDelete
  54. The quilt is beautiful and I love those fabrics. I need to get on a plan to lose weight and exercise. You are inspiring to do something. Thanks!!!

  55. I wish had more motivation to lose weight, it just all seems too hard. I'm so thrilled for you that you can see the changes in your body and the numbers the scales tell you. All that hard work will have been worth it. Keep up the fabulous effort.

    ReplyDelete
  56. I am so upset to say I gained 2lbs. It's totally been emotional eating. I've recently found out I'm lactose intolerant, and pretty sure I have really really bad IBS.. *pout*

    ReplyDelete
