Weigh in Wednesday

I know it's late in the day, but I have lost two more pounds. This makes a total of 8. I'm not sure where it's come off since my pants don't feel any looser. I think my big toes feel smaller though. Don't you think that eventually it will have to come off my thighs? How are you all doing?

On another note, I have a friend that I worked with about 15 years ago. He emailed me when I moved back up to the Logan area. He even said he'd drop by Cosmo Cricket on Monday. He stood me up. Can you believe that? I don't know that I've ever been stood up before..... Eric just rolled his eyes, and although he does that often, even he doesn't stand me up! My friend claims to read the blog, so I have to ask, "Beamer, where are you man? Are you going to come by or not?"

  3. Great job Julie! I am down 2.1 piunds this week and amm feeling so much better. But, like you I am wondering where it is coming off at. Hopefully I will find out soon!

  4. oh no he didnt, i had the same happen to me on Saturday....they rang with an excuse yesterday...not happy....and as for ponds, hmmm....will be checking myself this weekend, bad chocolate jumped into my mouth....lol

  5. ugh...i'm UP a pound...however, I usually weigh myself in the morning, and i did it just now after i've eaten....why didn't i remember this morning? i could have been feeling good about myself! ;)

  6. I'm reminded every wednesday and I really MUST buy a scale...however someone commented this week that I was losing weight...so does that count?!

    I am doing better than the last 2 weeks during my holiday...I was up 4,4..woops! This week down 3 pounds again!

  13. Lost a couple this week here - too busy to eat too much I guess!!!

    It WILL come off the thighs eventually! I am seriously pear shaped and found that it was the most difficult (but not impossible) to get it off my thighs! Running and weight training worked for me (and an aerobics instructor I had who was in amazing shape, just had the bigger thighs like me!)

  16. Woo hoo!! Goodbye 8 pounds!! Yeah, It always took me about 12% of my body weight to feel a real difference in my pants. It does seem like it should appear faster than it does.

  23. I'm actually UP 1 pound this week. Seems that happens at least once a month, so I'm going to blame it on being female and redouble my efforts to eat well and exercise more often. :) The total for me now is 8 pounds.

    Can't believe you got stood up. Puzzling. :D

Honestly, I should just stay off of it, and let how I feel and how my clothes fit determine my success! Feeling better is the most important thing, and I DO feel better! Thanks ladies!     I just got my shoe inserts so I can walk to exercise without making my Plantar Owie worse, but the inserts are bugging me...baby steps for me : (
