ReplyDeleteOk I've finally made some progress... I lost 6 pounds of butter since last week! I think it was mostly water weight since I've been eating low salt but it feels so good to be moving and getting to the gym...now hopefully I can keep it up. I also highly recommend the South Beach diet, the low carb is working great for me :)

ReplyDelete2.5 pounds this week - the exercise is paying off. A fellow teacher recommended eating many small meals instead of 3 big meals and 45 minutes of good exercise.
