Jon, you can fight the charge. The officer didn't read you your Miranda rights when he arrested you. Don't say anything til your lawyer shows up!!!! Don't own up to anything... well the video documentation might work against you in court.

Poor Jon! How can they do this to you? Life just isn't fair....you were trying to provide a service to faithful Cosmo Cricket fans, and this is how you were repaid.
